As a lifelong fan of the Star Wars franchise, and the recent resurgence after a 10 year break I wanted to create a series of posters that celebrated every film thus far and that captured my love for the story. Ever since the first lightsaber duel appeared on screen in 1977 in the first film of the franchise the lightsaber has become one of the most iconic weapons in movie history, and the duels have become a staple for Star Wars.
